The DC15 is designed to operate in a fixed position for crosscuts and miter cuts. Unlike standard dust collection solutions that only capture a portion of the debris, the DC15 surrounds the cutting area with a controlled airflow path designed to collect dust from multiple points around the blade. The system works with your existing dust extraction setup while improving containment during cross and miter cuts.

The DC15 features custom-designed components that work together to reduce dust escape and improve extraction performance.

Designed specifically for the Bosch GCM12SD, the DC15 installs using the included mounting hardware and integrates with standard dust extraction hoses.

Reducing Kickback

The adjustable shroud is designed to improve both safety and dust collection performance. By reducing the opening around the blade, create an additional point of contact to fence the stock from traveling behind the blade reducing the likelihood of kickback. The adjustable shroud directing debris collected beneath the throat plate back into the dust collection system. The insert features two adjustable positions for crosscuts(pulled out) and miter cuts(pushed in). 

DC15 is built to help manage unexpected material movement and provide greater control through the cut. The DC15 alone cannot eliminate kickback, as kickback can result from a combination of factors during operation. Its purpose is to add another layer of control.

What's Included

The DC15 Dust Collection System includes all components required for a complete dust collection upgrade:

• Dust Channel - The primary airflow housing that surrounds the blade area and guides sawdust through the collection path. Designed to improve airflow control and reduce dust escaping during operation.

• Adjustable Shroud - A movable enclosure component that adapts with miter adjustments to help maintain coverage around the blade while directing debris into the dust channel.

• CNC HDPE Zero-Clearance Throat Plate - A machined throat plate made from durable HDPE. Provides a tighter blade opening for cleaner cuts, improved material support, and enhanced dust capture near the cutting surface.

• Throat Collector - Positioned below the blade to capture dust generated beneath the cutting area where traditional collection systems often struggle.

• 1.25" Vacuum Adapter - A simple vacuum adapter installed with the Recirculation Hose for your dust extraction setup for improved airflow management. (Check Parts and Replacements for more vacuum adapter sizes. Please contact us if you're interested in a specific size adapter to fit your setup.)

• 1" Recirculation Hose - A flexible connection hose designed to route airflow between the DC15 components and the saw's dust extraction system.

• Mounting Hardware - Includes the required screws and hardware for assembling and installing the DC15 Dust Collection System.
