Bosch GCM12SD-DC25 Dust Collection System

Upgrade your Bosch GCM12SD with the DC25 Dust Collection System, a complete solution designed to maximize dust capture during cross, sliding, miter, and bevel cuts.

Unlike traditional dust collection solutions that only capture debris after it leaves the blade area, the DC25 surrounds the cutting zone with a controlled airflow path designed to capture dust closer to the source.

The fully enclosed DC25 system combines a dust channel, adjustable shroud, zero-clearance throat plate, and throat collector to create a comprehensive dust collection solution that improves containment from above and below the blade.

Designed specifically for the Bosch GCM12SD sliding compound miter saw, the DC25 maintains coverage throughout sliding movements and angled miter adjustments. Bevel cuts will cause the blade to cut into the zero-clearance insert and damage the zero-clearance throat plate. We recommend swapping to the standard factory throat plate for all beveled cuts.

Reducing Kickback

The adjustable insert is designed to improve both safety and dust collection performance. By reducing the opening around the blade, create a point of contact to reduce cut stock from traveling behind the blade reducing the likelihood of kickback. The insert also functions as the recirculation hose inlet, directing debris collected beneath the throat plate back into the dust collection system. The insert features three adjustable positions for crosscuts, miter cuts, and a fully retracted (stowed) position when additional blade clearance is required.

The DC25 Dust Collection System includes all components required for the complete dust collection upgrade:

Dust Channel - The primary airflow housing designed around the blade area. The dust channel helps guide debris through the extraction path while reducing dust escape during cutting operations.

Adjustable Insert - A movable enclosure component that adapts with miter adjustments to maintain coverage around the blade while directing debris into the dust channel.

CNC HDPE Zero-Clearance Throat Plate - A machined throat plate made from durable HDPE. Provides a tighter blade opening for cleaner cuts, improved material support, and enhanced dust capture near the cutting surface.

Throat Collector - Positioned below the blade to capture dust generated beneath the cutting area where traditional collection systems often struggle.

Dust Recirculation Adapter - A custom adapter that connects to the Bosch GCM12SD's existing dust extraction port, allowing connection to standard dust extraction hoses.

1.25" Vacuum Adapter - A simple twist-connect vacuum adapter for your dust extraction setup for improved airflow management. (Check Parts and Replacements for more vacuum adapter sizes. Please contact us if you're interested in a specific diameter to fit your setup.)

Vacuum Hose - A flexible hose designed to route airflow between the Dust Channel components and the Dust Recirculation Adapter.

Recirculation Hose

A flexible connection hose designed to route airflow between the DC25 components and the saw's dust extraction system.

Includes the required screws and hardware for assembling and installing the DC25-C Dust Collection Kit.
